Company's response below: Good morning ***,We are responding to complaint # [redacted] The complaint states that the customer signed a contract stating that the work would be completed in 4-weeksThe contract was signed on 9/and a deposit was given but that contract specifically says weeks, not 4-The customer called weeks after the contract was signedThe reason we did not return their call immediately is because we were out of town on a cruise ship with no phone or internet coverageThe complaint also states that our website was shut downWe had a satellite office in ** open for only a few short months but it didn't work out and that website was closed, not our main office site [redacted] which has been continuously running since our companies inceptionWhen we returned from our trip out of the country on Oct30th we immediately called the customer to let them know that we were sorry we couldn't be reached and we also refunded their depositWe are still making arrangements to install their windows but the manufacturer of the windows has had a delay in the materials (which is why our contract states that we cannot be responsible for time and material delays beyond our control).It is unfortunate that the customer felt the need to file a complaint but the initial call was to our office line on Thursday October 23rd and the complaint was filed less than week later on Oct29thWe gave the customer their deposit back as a measure of good faith that we wouldn't require any payment until the work was completed.Please let me know if any more information is needed to resolve this customer's issue.Best Regards, [redacted] Holliday Home Improvements [redacted]

weeks, not 4-6. The customer called 4 weeks after the contract was signed. The reason we did not return their call immediately is because we were out of town on a cruise ship with no phone or internet coverage. The complaint also states that our website was shut down.
