Took RV in to get set up for towing a vehicleAlso dropped off portable satellite dish for repairA wire to charge our tow vehicle while towing was installedWhen we took the RV with vehicle home the battery in the tow vehicle went dead overnightI e-mailed the business, telling them I thought an isolator switch should have been installed, we were leaving on a trip in a few days and needed to get it resolvedThey did not respondI installed isolator switch myself and it solved the problemThey spent hours doing troubleshooting issue including calling manufacturer of dish, WinegardDid not fix anything but said it was 100% covered by warrenty and they needed to ship it to WinegardI picked up the dish and shipped it to Winegard myselfMeantime Coach Masters charged me $for laborWhen I asked Winegard about it they said Coach Masters should have filed online to get paidAs they are authorized repair service for Winegard they should know about thisI e-mailed C
