You Must Read This Before Renting I have been renting with this company for almost yearsAfter renting the unit, we realize that there are a lot of important and not so important things that need fixingProblems like the A/C, Rusted Nails sticking out in our walkway to the kitchen, the lights in the hallway are always burnt out and the steps are dangerous without lighting up to our unitThere has been times when the heat was out hours and we were in the coldest days of the year reaching temperatures below 25-degrees in a building that has little insulationThere was Hot water every other day and the bad part is that the Heat and hot water was included in the rent that we pay every month We are fed up and ready to get out this placeThey do offer a buy out program where we forfeit our deposit and we personally rent the place for them if they cannotHere is the problemI only got a few days notice to when I needed to be out of the apartment entirelyThis gives me days to be out of a place with little to no warningWhen I expressed my concern and explained how I never agreed on a date, nor did I sign the buyout, I got an abrupt answer saying that I would have to sign another year lease which makes no since when we automatically signed one a few months backThe buyout program gives us the option to get out ANY MONTH we choose and forfeit our deposit as shown above
