Former client of this agency. Very poor management of my property. The tenant put holes in walls, broke windows, destroyed the carpets, used the lawn for a parking place killing the grass, and were filthy. This company allowed this damage to my home for years communicating all was good on inspections. I live out of state so I did not know better until neighbors called me complaining about the tenants and the condition of exterior of the home. Company was terminated and tenant directed to move. It was really a disgrace. If you don't care for the maintenance and upkeep of your property, they are your management company!
