I am rejecting this response because:The Business's response is not acceptableI have a written statement from a certified transmission specialist who kept my truck for weeks, analyzing and repairing my truck who stated, "
IN MY FINDINGS ALL ISSUES THAT FOLLOWED THE INITIAL REPAIR DATED7I2gIAT CHRISTIAN BROTHERS COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED IF PUMPBUSHING HAD BEEN REPLACED AT TIME OF ORIGINAL TRANSMISSIONLEAK REAPAIR, WHICH WAS A PUMP SEAL, TQCONVERTER' & TQ,CONVERTER NUTS ACCORDING TO CUSTOMERS RECEIPT." He is willing to testify in court if need be. I want to be refunded my repair cost and auto rental fees, due to Christian Brother's not taking the necessary time to diagnose the cause of my transmission leak, leading to more down time and further expensive repairs.

I recognize this is a difficult situation for you to be in with your vehicle. In our professional opinion we had no reason to go any further with recommendations of additional transmission repairs at the time of our LEAK repairThe vehicle had no vibration concerns at that time, and there was no leaks after the repairIf the front bushing was that bad it should have continued to cause the seal to fail and cause leaks againI am correct in stating that this has never has happened againThe vehicle had 140,miles and the future of a transmission or motor can never be predicted at that mileage So again I am sorry you have had so much trouble with this vehicle but we still believe we are not at fault for any additional concerns related to this vehicle

That is a very unfortunate situationAs states the vehicle was presented to us for a transmission leakThe leak was repaired and the customer proceeded back to *** from *** without leaksReading through the rest of the events it appears the next problems were all starter related and power to
the starter concernsAfter these items were replaced there seems to have been multiple concerns with vibrations and noises but NO LEAKSThe only repair my facility made was to a leakI do not feel responsible for any of the unfortunate repair problems the vehicle has had over the last yearI wish you the best with this truck

I am rejecting this response because: I have documented evidence the issues with my truck resulted from the initial repairs received at your shop. The pump bushings were not inspected and repaired, which was the reason for the transmission leaking. As per your Company's invoice, it states the transmission torque converter was leaking through the seam. It was leaking because the bushing was bad. If your shop would have investigated further by looking at the bushing my truck would never have needed any further repair. By the time the bushing was finally looked at by Leader Transmission, it was completely worn metal to meal, resulting in extensive damage and needing extensive repairs. Please see the attached pictures and invoices. The bushing was wearing for over a year, causing three torque converts to break due to vibration. Upon inspection by [redacted]s the torque converter did not appear to be only 1 year old and typically they are stamped "remanufactured" on the face of the torque converter. There was no stamp. It takes 8 bolts to replace the pump seal, only 4 look new, the remaining appear older than 1 year. I would advise your shop to have someone qualified to look at this complaint and not submit another, "canned" response.
