I have reviewed the complaint and had the opportunity to review it with Mr [redacted] , our representative that worked with the customer Our contract provides for a full guaranty of our work for full year from completion Although we are our of the covered period, Holloway intends to work with the customer to satisfy her issues I have instructed Mr [redacted] to contact the customer and to bring our superintendent to inspect and recommend solutions After the meeting I will have advise all parties and the Revdex.com of the proposed solution
