Received a bill from this company and they won't refill with insurance or answer phone or return calls from me or my insurance
I received a bill from this company saying they were turinkng me in to collections but they won't answer my phone calls or return them from me or my insurance who said they would cover the billNo one can get ahold of this company and my insurance is pretty sure they are committing fraud because they sent me a bill instead of billing them
The NorthStar Anesthesia of Indiana LLC (NorthStar) anesthesia group renders hospital based anesthesia services out of the Franciscan St Margaret hospital (Franciscan) The Franciscan hospital participates with UnitedHealthcare Insurance The physicians participate with UnitedHealthcare insurance However, the NorthStar group does not participate with UnitedHealthcare insurance
My UnitedHealthcare plan covers routine services at 100% (no member liability) I selected a participating provider to perform a routine colonoscopy on 09-28- AFTER the colonoscopy was performed, I was given a letter, on NorthStar letterhead, that stated: ?...we may not be directly contracted with your insurance plan This means that although you do not have a choice of which anesthesiologist provides your care, you claim could process out of network and you may receive an explanation of benefits with a rather large balancePlease be assured that you are not responsible for the full balance
We have received multiple collection letters from this company for dental procedures to our six year old We have confirmed with the dentist office that this company must have coded it wrong We have attempted to contact them at their number listed but it never answers We have left at least ten messages on their machine so that we can resolve this mistake
They have now sent us a final warning that it will be turned over to collection agency if we do not pay We don't know where to turn
