Obtained the services of Holloway roofing to repair my barn's roof. Borrowed money from my bank using a HELOC Home equity line of credit after signing a contract for the work in early March. Originally with a 3/15 2019 start date. then delayed to 4/5/2019 by the contractor. Then the start date came and went. gave them an extra week and contacted the business via phone and email repeatedly.to find out what was going on. I gave up contacting the business in May with no response from them. I still have a signed contract and now have been paying interest for 3 months for borrowed money with zero results.

This customer had communication with a employee that is no longer with our business. Upon the employees departure the jobs info was not properly transferred. The current complainant continued his communication attempts with the departed employee. I have personally reached out to the complainant in hopes to handle his project.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.New start date for the 8500.00 contract is July 8, contractor has agreed to subtract the money paid in interest over the last three months of about 175.00 from the contract price.
