Review: Is this company out of business or shut down? Website is no longer available. Phones are not answered.

I ordered the wrong size. I placed a second order and ordered the correct size meanwhile returning the original for a refund. I ended up receiving a second shipment instead of a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like to know what happened to this business. I have used them multiple times. I would also like a refund for the returned items.
