To whom it may concern, The Hollows Apartments received a complaint letter #from the Revdex.com in reference to [redacted] Ms [redacted] applied for apartment # [redacted] on August 22nd for a modate of September lgth She gave $of the required $to apply towards the application fee on 08/Ms [redacted] provided us with the completed application, signed Statement of Rental Policy and Occupancy Guidelines and copies of pay check stubs The Hollows Apartments tried contacting [redacted] ***() on August 25th and August 29th, viathe telephone number she provided on her rentgappiication, to make her aware that she unfortunately did not meet our qualifying criteria and was denied due to a pending criminal caseThe leasing agent in charge of Ms [redacted] 's file was unable to leave a message on both occasions as the mail box was fullWe did not receive a call backThe current address MsSolana listed on the application read "homeless" so we were unable to mail a denial letter as we did not have an address to send it to To this point, Ms [redacted] provided us only part of the required $application feeThe Hollows Apartments did not receive the $security depositiadmin fee from herThe application fee is nonrefundable and was stated as such when first applying for the unit Property Manager The Hollows Apartments

The Hollows Apartments tried contacting [redacted]() on August 25th and August 29th, via. the telephone number she provided on her rentgappiication, to make her aware that she unfortunately did not meet our qualifying criteria and was denied due to a pending criminal case. The leasing agent in charge of Ms. [redacted]'s file was unable to leave a message on both occasions as the mail box was full. We did not receive a call back. The current address Ms. Solana listed on the application read "homeless" so we were unable to mail a denial letter as we did not have an address to send it to.
To this point, Ms. [redacted] provided us only part of the required $45 application fee. The Hollows . Apartments did not receive the $150 security depositiadmin fee from her. The application fee is nonrefundable and was stated as such when first applying for the unit.
