This is in regards to complaint made by *** *** # ***
We have reviewed this complaint and the following is our response!!!
#At no time did we ever try to extort any monies from these people nor did we take their lawn mower set off
there car alarm or try to break in..I FIND THESE STATEMENTS LIBELS and will contact my attorney for legal advice on how to proceed issue
#At no time other then when we saw there six year old daughter hanging out of the second story window at *** *** did I take a picture to show Mrs*** that her daughter was hanging out of the windowWhen I knocked on the front door of the home it took her more then five minutes to answer
the door only to tell me that she was sleeping and was not aware of what was going onI advised her that maybe she should keep better control of her childrenThe second incident was at *** *** where the same little six year old was standing on the window sill on the second story of the homemy property maintence man saw this took a picture to inform the ***'s again of this situation
#Normally we do not allow pets we made a special consideration for the ***s as long as they kept a litter box However we did not know that there cat just had kittens in which after they moved from *** *** to the other property we had to have the carpets recleaned through out the entire home due to cat urine and other spills and odors (more in the next paragraph)
#As far as them moving into a construction zone at *** *** The home was not 100% ready when they arrived we compensated them $150,for a motel room for two nights in there claim that the kitchen sink was not installed they are half way correct it was not five days it was twoand the carpet was installed before they moved inas far as the armor that was in upstairs bathroom we told them that it was to go into one of the bedrooms that if they wanted it fine if not we would dispose of itNothing was ever said about it!! The entire time they were there not once did they complain
#The problem at *** *** started off as a slow tub drain I personally went there with my maintence man we got the drain openNext thing I know we get a call that water was pouring all over the ceiling in lower bedroom„ this was three days after we got drain openWhen my maintence man got there he found a hole in the tub shoe (WHICH WAS CAUSED BY SOME POKING A HARD OBJECT INTO TUB DRAIN) We immediately replaced the tub drain and checked for other leaks ectwe had to cut open the ceiling
to expose this and have tried to make appointments to repair ceilingNot once have we received a call back from the ***'s to complete this
#They stated in there complaint that i'm behind in several things which actually is not of any of there concern however to address this issue THE WATER BILLS THAT ARE BEHIND ARE FROM TENANTS LIKE THEMSELVES WHO REFUSE TO PAY THERE WATER BILLS IN A TIMELY MATTER!! THE ISSUES FROM THE PERSON I BOUGHT THE HOMES FROM EVEN THOUGH ITS NOT ANY OF THERE BUSINESS HE CANT SUPPLY ME WITH FREE AND CLEAR DEEDS TO PROPERTIES, WHEN MR*** SPOKE WITH THEM HE MUST
HAVE NOT INFORMED THEM ON WHY HE WAS IN TOWN AND THAT WE WERE GOING THROUGH COURT ORDERED ARBITRATION AT *** *** *** BECAUSE OF THE ABOVE ISSUE!!
#This receipt issue that they are complaining about is complete nonsense along with there mail or the previous tenants mailAT NO TIME HAVE I OR MY PROPERTY MGR DID ANYTHING ILLEGAL WITH THE US MAIL
#FINALLY IF THEY WANT OUT OF THE LEASE THE LEASE READS THIRTY DAY WRITTEN NOTICE, AS FAR AS THEM GETTING THERE RENT OR DEPOSIT BACK, THAT WILL NOT HAPPENI HAVE DONE PLENTY FOR THESE PEOPLEASK THEM WHEN THEY COULD NOT FEED THERE CHILDREN WHO LENT THEM $SO THEY COULD? ASK THEM WHY DID MR.., *** TELL MY PROPERTY MGR THAT THERE OLDEST IS
TELLING PEOPLE AT HER SCHOOL THAT THEY ARE NOT FEEDING THERE CHILDREN?? MAY DCFS SHOULD BE NOTIFIED!!!
Enclosed is copies of the damages that have been sent to them on two occasions this is our main issue, they know there childen did this damage along with there cat, they admitted to my property mgr on how it was done now they are refusing to pay for what has been repairedWe cant take it out of a deposit that was transfered to another propertytheres only two ways to handel this„ thaey can give written notice and move or we can go to alien county civil court where I will file for damages and libelThis is what happens when you try to help out someone who by the way told us that they had no animals and when they moved in all of a sudden they have a cat with five kittens
