Hello Jasmine and ***,I’m not sure where I am supposed to replyI’ve never done this before and in years have never had a complaint! I had no idea this was going onI don’t recall seeing anything regarding this emailHis release date is March 25th, Not sure what his issues areHis actual contract date was to end May 11, 2017.The last time he was in to update his file was May 13, He wasn’t available for work, turned down opportunitiesHe sent an email in October saying he was avail again but never came in to update, never sent in NEW pictures, etc We were calling him all the time and then the full time job and not avail at all its hard to pick up a career after its been dropped and then picked up again with yr old pictures Not much effort put forth on his part.Attached is a copy of his contractThe day out is part of our contractIts in everyone’s contractWe have them on different websites to market them and it takes time to process dropsThat is why the daysWe do that with everyoneHe’s no differentAnd the day notice doesn’t stop him from working, he just has to pay us a commission during that time if he works.Please let me know if you need me to do anything else to resolve this matter.Make it a Great day!Dani G***Dani's Agency, LLCSAG/AFTRA [redacted] FRIEND US ON [redacted] FRIEND APA ON [redacted]

actual contract date was to end May 11, 2017.The last time he was in to update his file was May 13, 2013. He wasn’t available for work, turned down opportunities. He sent an email in October 2016 saying he was avail again but never came in to update, never sent in NEW pictures, etc… We were calling him all the time and then the full time job and not avail at all… its hard to pick up a career after its been dropped and then picked up again with 3 yr old pictures… Not much effort put forth on his part.Attached is a copy of his contract. The 30 day out is part of our contract. Its in everyone’s contract. We have them on 5 different websites to market them and it takes time to process drops. That is why the 30 days. We do that with everyone.
