So impressed with this company I am a Realtor and have referred them many times to paint a house interior and/or exterior to get the house ready to show All clients were completely satisfied and the homes sold quicker and for more money They even went above and beyond and helped a family in Maple Heights who needed their garage painted or be fined by the city Not having the money to do the job and not having the money for the fine Advanced Painting did the work for free to help this family with three young children out I was so impressed Great company that really cares!
So we could write a book on how Bob should actually be in jail for his business practices We hired Advanced Painting to paint the interior including painting walls and staining trim as well as paint the exterior and install new windows Thank goodness we stopped them before they completely ruined the home! Bob goes through great lengths to talk about the quality of the work they do and how much they know about painting I assure you this is all a scam! He brought in indviduals, one of whom sat around most of the day while the other two worked If you look on their facebook page they are always soliciting anyone to help paint for them so you probably have more expertise than any of them do They did a fair to poor job on our downstairs trim and then because they were in a hurry to get done applied uncut stain in heavy and uneven amounts to our virgin wood It looked like our trim was painted brown and not stained!!! THEN they applied a water based laquer over wet oil stain - never wiped any off or did any sanding - and the result was horrifying Once we saw this we ejected them from our house to prevent further damage Then, we went through arbitration as agreed Bob never paid his portion of the arbitration fees and postponed twice at the last minute Finally after making us live in this mess for months, we had the arbitration and he lost He refused to pay so we converted the arbitration judgement into a legal judgement but we STILL cannot collect as Bob hides all of his assets behind a non-profit church out of Texas Obviously this guy is highly experienced at scamming consumers! In addition, he immediately withdraws all money from his account as soon as he makes any deposits to prevent seizure of fundsIf you want to get scammed, call Bob This guy is an old pro at this! He owes us tens of thousands that we can never collect and will have to save our money to replace all of our woodwork including our staircase I saw another review where he got someone else just a few months ago so it sucks to know he is still out there preying on the unsuspecting and trusting people in our community

I hired Advanced to repaint the entire inside of my home as I'm going to be putting it up for sale soon Walls, trim, ceilings....all immaculate! The workers were courteous and not to mention on time They pay great attention to detail! I'd definitely hire them again!
