Unfortunately I sign the contract with CSI for printerSales rep named Bill was the one who came to our office twice and explained how and what they can offerHe verbally made so many promises including to beat any quote from other companiesBe aware of that and DO NOT take his words ask for written proof under company letter head and make sure that before you sign that payment is your final payment, means there are no hidden charges and taxes there after thatThat's what happened with meBefore I signed I ask Bill several times that I will pay this amount every month and that's it , there will be no other charges, Right? and he said that YES, we do this every day I have emails going back and forth to prove what I signed up for but still no response from the companyThey told me that they will call there owner to resolve the issueI called and left messages with different people but every time they said that MrR [redacted] (owner) was not in the office so I have to waitThank God that I have emails that I wrote before I signed the contract to proveBut still I'm getting no replies from CSI(company)I would not recommend this to anyoneAs a small business I recommended services of all the other companies I received and believe it people follow you once you know that your friends out there in the market have a good review about themI hope anyone who will try to get any service from CSI read this and try to find someone else who can deliver the services they promise forNot like CSI who cheated us
