This was the contractor assigned for a claim filed through the home warranty program that we received with the purchase of our houseThey replaced a capacitor in one of our A/C unitsThe same unit began to fail less than two months later and had to be re-servicedThe capacitor that has been replaced previously was diagnosed as being undersized, and had to be replaced againI also made four phone calls over a period of multiple weeks to get them to return to complete the service they had agreed to perform on the second A/C unitI gave up and had to file another claim to get a different vendor to address the issuePerhaps their service is better if you aren't filing a claim through a home warranty program
