I ordered a headstone for my uncle and on april 28 2018 and it now July 3 2018 and NO Headstone and no one answers the Phone all you get is the answering machine ...Ms Marquisa Ashley please give me a call I have left several messages

I purchased a headstone from Holly Springs Marble Works for my brother's gravesite in August of 2012. I went to visit the sight in May of this year and the headstone had not been placed. I called the company to try to find out why and consistently got an answering machine. I left severalmessages and no one has ever returned my calls. I then sent them a registered letter asking for them to please call me regarding this matter and although I received a return receipt from the post office proving they received the letter, still no one from the company has contacted me. I no longer want to do business with this company and want a full refund.
