Holly Springs Tire

Purchased new set of tires from [redacted]. Had them installed at [redacted] as one of their installing dealers. A few days later a knot developed on the front passenger tire. Tirebuyer instructed us to go to the closest recommended tire dealer to determine if it was manufacture, road hazard, or installation issue. I stopped a a tire dealer recommended by [redacted]. Upon inspection, it was determined that the tire bead was damaged upon installation. This allowed air to escape into the sidewall which caused the knot to develop. I took the tire back to [redacted]. They denied damaging the tire even though the tires had been on the car for less than a week. The pwner's wife laughed in and refused to do anything. She did, however, recommend that I come back the next day to speak to her husband. Upon arrival the next morning, my husband and I were immediately met with a verbal assault and a demand to leave the property. The belligerent manager never even looked a the tire, stating the he had no dealings with us. He called the police to have us removed from the property. We are presently filing a suit in Civil Court.Product_Or_Service: Tire Installation Desired SettlementI would like the a refund for cost of the tire and installation. Based on how I have been treated, I no longer have a desire for them to do anything to my vehicle whatsoever.
