I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowAlthough Holly's Hounds is not the financial institution; Holly's Hounds does advertise a payment plan throughout their store and suggested the payment plan to myself and my wife They did not tell us that this financial plan was a lease agreement We were very misled I am sure through further investigation we could find out how Hollys Hounds is making money through this institution after we contact our lawyer Regards, [redacted]

On 1/28/*** & *** Veterinary Hospital sent us a fax (I have included a copy) about the puppy “***” having kennel cough. On 1/29/I talked to *** about “***” he stated she was eating and drinking now just fineWe talked about reimbursement and I wrote a check (I have
included a copy) for $covering his kennel cough meds, he elected to come pick up the check instead of having it mailed. I spoke with *** again on 2/8/who stated he has nothing but problems with this puppy and he would like to be reimbursed for his office visit on 1/26/due to the fact this was his second office visit and he knows Hollys Hounds LLC does not cover the first visit. He stated now the dog has Giardia, and he would like to be reimbursed for that as well. He said *** *** *** Veterinary Hospital has been great about treating the kennel cough, and he has three more invoices. On 2/9/I reimbursed for his office visit in the amount of $64, plus his medicine to treat the parasite Giardia which totaled $as well as his Giardia test which totaled $34.75. A total reimbursement of $was mailed to his house on 2/9, with a delivery date of 2/17, confirmation number 183. I am also including the initialed copy of the NYS lemon law so you may see where it states the finding of intestinal Parasites shall not be grounds for declaring the dog unfit for purchase unless the animal is clinically ill due to such condition. In closing Hollys Hounds LLC was only required by law to reimburse his second vet vist on 1/26/which we did totaling $93.90. We went above and beyond by reimbursing an additional $62.10. I am unaware of what the $in the disputed amount section that *** wrote on his complaint is in reference to as there was no additional paperwork to support this figureThank You for your time, Holly Hollys Hounds LLC

The attached receipts from *** *** *** Animal Hospital only include the kennel cough and Giardia testing plus treatmentThey do not include the standard check-ups or the vaccinations which I do not expect Holly Hounds to cover as those are my responsibilityThe invoice with the date 1/26/includes the first treatment of Kennel CoughAs stated by Holly I was refunded $for the medicationI was then refunded $for the vet visit which completes the total for this invoiceI do not expect any reimbursement for this invoice as it was completely coveredThe next invoice dated 1/30/includes testing and treatment for complications encountered due to the medication that was given for the treatment of kennel coughI was not reimbursed for this visit which totaled $I need to be reimbursed for this visit as it was a direct result of the kennel cough which the dog came with from Holly's HoundsThe next invoice #*** includes the fecal and Giardia testing which I was only reimbursed $as stated by HollyI need to be reimbursed $for the fecal examInvoice #*** includes the medication from this Giardia test which totaled $and I was reimbursed for this and do not have any issues with this invoiceThe next invoice dated 3/2/includes yet another Giardia test as she still does not have stoolThis invoice totals $in which I was not reimbursed for and this also needs to be coveredThe most recent invoice dated 3/11/includes her follow up shots which I do not expect to be reimbursed for totaling $The second half of that invoice includes another treatment of Giardia which also includes prescription food as she is not developing correctly for her age due to all of the stomach issuesThe total of $includes this prescription diet as well as the medication for the treatmentI need to be reimbursed this amount as she is still sick and has never had a bowel movement since the time of purchase from Holly’s HoundsCombining the above information from each invoice a total of $needs to be refundedThis process has been absolutely ridiculous and this business makes absolutely no effort to ensure the health of their puppiesI expect to be refunded the full amount of $or additional actions will be takenThis is not a situation as this dog has been unhealthy ever since the time of purchase and is continuing to have issues.

Hollys Hounds LLC is requesting to view all veterinarian documentation on said animal based on customers allegations

Thank You for contacting Hollys Hounds I can understand how you would be losing patience after repeated attempts and still no paperwork. We can sympathize with you as the paperwork we have mailed is clearly not getting to you. Upon reading this complaint I see you have attached your
email, which I do believe would be a better option at this point. I can scan in your copies and get them emailed to you tomorrow (tuesday the 6th). Please advise if this is still a valid email and if this option would suffice for youThank You, Hollys Hounds

Please provide a copy of the original receipt as well as a copy of the store credit slip you mentioned you received

I requested a letter of unfit for purchase which still has not been submitted! This is required on the NYS lemon law to be supplied to the Hollys Hounds in three business days if a refund is to be processed She attached a copy of the NYS lemon law so therefore she is aware of the requirements and has not fulfilled her obligation

Please Provide agreement between Hollys Hounds as the lender and *** *** as Consumer Hollys Hounds does not engage in financing that is why it is offered through a third partyHollys Hounds does not have access to financial information on consumers Hollys Hounds is not a
financial institution we are a retail store Any possible complaint or concern needs to be addressed with the financial institution which provided the financial assistance

The following documentation is required: *original paperwork on said puppy*letter of unfit for purchase on said animal*invoices on said animal *Patient notes on said animal

The business did have this option four months prior but chose not to send the important information including shot records for the dog purchased.
