This is the most frustrating apartment living experiences I have ever hadI can't appreciate some managers' attitudesYou cannot communicate with them because they never listen even if you are rightWhen I asked them if there are someone else that I can talk to when I was too upset, they simply rejected me claiming that they are the only person that I can talk to because they are the "managers"They are not there to provide a better living experiences or solve your problems but try to drain the money in your pocket with any meansThe elevator waiting time is min for weeks before they fixed itThey never tried to retain the existing tenants but always have the open house to have new tenants, which is really unwise operating strategicsAt the end of my fixed term residency, I had a dispute with them and they tried to withhold my damage deposit of CADI consulted the RTA immediately and had responses that they had no right to do thatAfter that the resident manager avoided contacts with me and assigned another staff to follow up with the issue, which was useless as they said nothing about it until the last minute after I moved out that they are still going to charge meLOL even after the final inspection that I signed on the paper that the money will be returned fully, they called me up the next day asking me to go back to resign the paperwork (all these careless mistakes and unnecessary trouble for the tenants) When I showed up, the resident manager argued with me with no facts or reasonsI was very disappointed and I left without signing anything and sat in the lobby waiting for my friendsAnd I heard them talking and laughing about me loudly for literally minutes??? These guys have no respect for their tenants and offer the worst service on earthThere's no manner let alone good serviceI don't appreciate their hiring process and seriously suggest that the company conduct a thorough restructure if they try to survive in the marketI would never come back after I get my money back in the future for sure and just avoid if you don't like bad management

I live in the Westend DO NOT RENT FROM HOLLYBURNEXTREMELY SHADYThe company and our building managers harass and manipulate tenants for their own convenienceThey repeatedly enter the suite without notice or permission and then tell you they don't have to give you proper notice if they don't want(This is the building manager with the company's approval for them to behave this way.) I would only live in a Hollyburn building if you are very well read on the laws and willing to fightor just don't care about your privacyThe building managers are very rude, uncooperative and disrespectful

When I asked them if there are someone else that I can talk to when I was too upset, they simply rejected me claiming that they are the only person that I can talk to because they are the "managers". The elevator waiting time is 30 min for 2 weeks before they fixed it. They never tried to retain the existing tenants but always have the open house to have new tenants, which is really unwise operating strategics. I consulted the RTA immediately and had responses that they had no right to do that. I don't appreciate their hiring process and seriously suggest that the company conduct a thorough restructure if they try to survive in the market. I would never come back after I get my money back in the future for sure and just avoid if you don't like bad management.
