yearIn accordance, this would indicate based on your Service Ticket date of October 20, you, the customer still have the right/opportunity to come back into the business and we will rectify the supposed issue.Unfortunately, as otherwise stated in the complaint, we have not heard from the customer in months following the supposed problemHollyrock Customs LLC has gone back through messages, phone records, emails, messengers, text messages, etcNo attempts in those additional months were made to the business to address this issue.The complainant needs to be aware that the parts that were replaced would appear original as We installed Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partsAs stated on the complainant's service ticket, the Oxygen Senor and NOX Sensor were replaced; in truth they have nothing to do with the actual DEF System that is stated in the complaint.With that; Hollyrock Customs LLC will not issue a full refund at this time based on;* Parts and service still under warranty, customer can bring truck in to be addressed*We must have a copy of the original service ticket and receipt from dealership which made claim that parts were not replaced/new *Parts in question have nothing to do with DEF System and only Total $366.95, thus customer is not due any refund Please accept our attempt to resolve with this matterPlease provide necessary documentation and/or feedbackOtherwise, please contact the business to set up an appointment to address the issue at hand.Reg??ds, Hollyrock Customs LLC
