I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The attached receipts from [redacted] Animal Hospital only include the kennel cough and Giardia testing plus treatment. They do not include the standard check-ups or the vaccinations which I do not expect Holly Hounds to cover as those are my responsibility. The invoice with the date 1/26/2016 includes the first treatment of Kennel Cough. As stated by Holly I was refunded $29.90 for the medication. I was then refunded $64 for the vet visit which completes the total for this invoice. I do not expect any reimbursement for this invoice as it was completely covered. The next invoice dated 1/30/2016 includes testing and treatment for complications encountered due to the medication that was given for the treatment of kennel cough. I was not reimbursed for this visit which totaled $155.50. I need to be reimbursed for this visit as it was a direct result of the kennel cough which the dog came with from Holly's Hounds. The next invoice #[redacted] includes the fecal and Giardia testing which I was only reimbursed $34.75 as stated by Holly. I need to be reimbursed $19.50 for the fecal exam. Invoice #[redacted] includes the medication from this Giardia test which totaled $27.35 and I was reimbursed for this and do not have any issues with this invoice. The next invoice dated 3/2/2016 includes yet another Giardia test as she still does not have normal stool. This invoice totals $54.25 in which I was not reimbursed for and this also needs to be covered. The most recent invoice dated 3/11/2016 includes her follow up shots which I do not expect to be reimbursed for totaling $94.25. The second half of that invoice includes another treatment of Giardia which also includes prescription food as she is not developing correctly for her age due to all of the stomach issues. The total of $111.90 includes this prescription diet as well as the medication for the treatment. I need to be reimbursed this amount as she is still sick and has never had a normal bowel movement since the time of purchase from Holly’s Hounds. Combining the above information from each invoice a total of $341.15 needs to be refunded. This process has been absolutely ridiculous and this business makes absolutely no effort to ensure the health of their puppies. I expect to be refunded the full amount of $341.15 or additional actions will be taken. This is not a normal situation as this dog has been unhealthy ever since the time of purchase and is continuing to have issues.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Although Holly's Hounds is not the financial institution; Holly's Hounds does advertise a payment plan throughout their store and suggested the payment plan to myself and my wife.  They did not tell us that this financial plan was a lease agreement.  We were very misled.  I am sure through further investigation we could find out how Hollys Hounds is making money through this institution after we contact our lawyer.

Please Provide agreement between Hollys Hounds as the lender and [redacted] as Consumer.  Hollys Hounds does not engage in financing that is why it is  offered through a third party. Hollys Hounds does not have access to financial information on consumers.  Hollys Hounds is not a...

financial institution we are a retail store.  Any possible complaint or concern needs to be addressed with the financial institution which provided the financial assistance.

I have already driven all of the requested paperwork to their business location.  I am not driving the paperwork to this business again, and asking for the “*original paperwork on said puppy., *invoices on said animal” they should have in their records, and the veterinarian paperwork was already dropped  to the business. I will be attaching all of the paperwork to an email to the Revdex.com Representative for this case to attach as necessary to this complaint. Thanks.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  The business did have this option four months prior but chose not to send the important information including shot records for the dog purchased.  Thank you for your assistance Revdex.com.ORG or Holly's Hounds would have never followed through on their end.
