I am rejecting this response because:my loss was almost three months ago.  I have filled out two sets of loss forms. And given my recorded statement.  There has been very little communication and none recently.  I have filed my complaint with the insurance commisioner and next will be legal representation.  It should not take very long to read my policy and see its current. Check to see I'm the registered owner with no liens and police report filed.

I am rejecting this response because:  While I understand the process takes time resolve due to the insurance companies investigation. Most of their tactics seem intent on stalling the resolution of the claim. For example, they said they were going to presue a court order to get copies of my phone records October the 3rd. In reality I had submitted the same decrements to them that they are requesting from the court months ago. Now they acknowledged those documents were sufficient for there investigative purposes. They have done a very poor job of communication with me and I still do not have a day in which the claim will be resolved. This claim was initiated March 27 of this year. I don't think it is reasonable to take this long to investigate and finalize the claim. Upon request I can detail several examples of what I consider to be delaying tactics intended to stall the claims resolution.

CLAIM # [redacted]INSURED: [redacted]Mr. [redacted]’s complaint was filed on August 6, 2017, and states that he did not receive a copy of the claim report.  Our records indicate the claim estimate and a letter explaining the findings of the inspection was e-mailed to him on July 26, 2017, and again on July 31, 2017.  His communication indicates he could not open the messages that were encrypted by our Secure Message System.   The documents were e-mailed to him again on August 7, 2017. We received an email response from him on August 8, 2017, that appears to indicate he successfully received the documents.  No further contact has been received from him.  A message was left on his voicemail to contact us again if he is still in need of the documentation. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions. American National Property And Casualty Insurance Company continues to evaluate the claim presented by Mr. [redacted]. In doing so we have made requests of him in an effort to determine what coverage is available under his policy with our company. Our team members have communicated with Mr. [redacted] on...

several occasions via telephone and email and will continue to do so until the conclusion of his claim.
