Review: Company sealed my driveway on August [redacted]. There were brown patches midway and at the end of the driveway. I called and spoke to the owner who said he would come by. I've called several times, left voice mails and never received a callback.Desired Settlement: Recoat the bad spots

Review: My driveway is only 5 years old and was in great condition until I used this company. I had sealed it once before using a different company and I had no issues with them and there was no damage to my driveway when I hired Hollywood Blacktop Sealing.

Hollywood Blacktop sealed my driveway around the middle of August 2013 and it looked beautiful. This was until January when I noticed massive cracks everywhere and literally a ton of new cracks and now my driveway looks like a 50 years old driveway that has never been sealed. Since January I have been calling the company and leaving messages and the owner ([redacted]) has not returned not one single call.

I want him to come and do over the job or refund the $460 I paid him.Desired Settlement: I would like for him to either repair the damage, pay to have it repaired or refund my money.
