Hollywood Brushless Car Wash

I went for xpress plus service which includes car was, interior cleaning & wax coat.unfortunately the interior cleaning was so bad that dust wasn’t removed even after immediately complaining them.
I will never recommend interior cleaning from Hollywood car wash, it’s just a waste of money.

Review: went there to get a car wash

full service carpets clean

they failed to clean the car dint clean carpets

have 20in rims they messed up the rims when I asked for [redacted] he was rude and nasty instead of at least apologizing for the damage or fixing it .

and he still asked money for itDesired Settlement: apology and close the business or have someone check on them

im sure they have a lot of complaints and not everyone reporting

Review: I took my vehicle in for a car wash and the car wash took of my sideview mirror. The [redacted] of the establishment blamed my vehicle stating my mirror was loose. He offered to put it back on and drove my vehiclel next door to [redacted]. The mechanics at [redacted] stated the mirror was unrepairable and I needed a new mirror. Consequently, the [redacted] then refused to buy me a new mirror and stated he was not going to pay for repairs. I drive a 2011 bmw 328i which is in excellent condition. There was nothing wrong with my mirror prior to bringing it in for car wash but was returned damaged.Desired Settlement: I would like for this matter to be settled without court proceedings and I would like my money reimbursed for repairs

Review: On July **, 2015 I went to Hollywood Express Lube for an oil change. After pulling in and leaving my keys with the mechanic, I went inside to wait. After about five minutes, he came inside to get me and bring me to the car to tell me that he thought I needed an engine AND transmission flush. My car is in good condition and is regularly serviced by mechanic, so I knew that neither of these services were necessary. The only reason I even went to this place was because my mechanic was booked solid for the week and I was due for an oil change. My mechanic charges $20 for an oil change. In any case, the mechanic was very adamant, to the point of bullying, that I needed at least the engine flush and new air filters. I was in a hurry and exasperated by the entire scene, so I finally agreed. The charges ended up being $216.49?!?! I called my mechanic immediately and he said that was far too much, even for an engine flush, and also that there was no way I needed an engine flush, as he knew I changed the oil regularly and the car is less than 10 years old. I went to the manager and he refused to listen, or discount any of the overcharges or to acknowledge that they have a predatory practice of practically forcing customers to get services they do not need, and over charging. There was a $19.00 "Honda oil charge" simply because my car is a Honda!!! Absolutely absurd and I highly advise against anyone going there for any service. They are not trustworthy and the customer service is predatory and patronizing. I am boycotting this business and advising everyone I know to do the same. I went online to see their public reviews and they are exactly in line with my experience. I wish I had seen them before making the mistake of going there. This place should be shut down. I would like a refund for the services that were not needed and that I was bullied under duress into agreeing to.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the engine flush and other superfluous charges. I am willing to pay the charges for an oil change (which was the only service I wanted), minus the bogus "Honda oil charge", which is absolutely egregious.
