I DO NOT have a contract with [redacted] . I was commissioned by [redacted] to shoot and edit a Wedding video. Once I completed this I gave the owner the DVD and got paid my set fee. I do not get paid unless I provide a DVD

I ask the Revdex.com to tell [redacted] to provide a contract or check made out to me or my company HHM. She cannot of course because it does not exist.
I am a hard worker and I always try to do the right thing , but [redacted] is trying to drag me in the middle of something that I do NOT belong

I did not have a contract with [redacted] for the video, however I did pay him additional monies to make an edited video as well as an extra copy that was outside of the contract with [redacted] I also paid you to stay longer for the event. I do have this info in email dated XXXXXX per your request earlier via phone stating I am paying you for an edited video in the amount of [redacted] and [redacted] for an extra copy with songs. If you would like I can forward you the email. This you accepted the day of the wedding. There may not have been a written contract but you did video me stating I would like you to stay longer and for the edited version. The edited video should have been released to myself, especially since it is separate from the original fee/contract with [redacted] where that contract states a raw footage video only. I corresponded with [redacted] multiple times in regards to this video through email and phone. Not once did you state you would not release the video until you spoke with [redacted] and conversations between you I was not privy to, but you than stated you gave the video to the owner, whom I corresponded with and he stated you did not release this to him it was another parties video. I also have this in email. You and I discussed on multiple phone conversations the video and the issue that is going on. I have also apolozized to you multiple times via phone and email that you were drug into the mess with myself and [redacted] as I am not trying to get you involved. You performed the videotaping and have not released the video to me. I am asking for the edited version and the extra copy only of my daughters wedding nothing more nothing less. I do not argue that you are a hard worker, you worked very hard at my daughters wedding and the small portion of the video you showed me I was very pleased with as I stated to you on the phone. I have reached out to you via email to resolve this matter but you will not respond back.

I have never denied that I did edit the video I did so as requested by [redacted] I posted the intro of the video again as per [redacted] to entice her settle things with them.
I have stated from the beginning this is between [redacted] and [redacted] She thinks she can go around [redacted] and get to me. I hope you see though this .I would not be fighting this hard otherwise. I think it is extremely unfair and she needs to deal with them not me

Per the contrat it is not an edited version, it is a raw footage only. [redacted] would not have you edit the video as per my contract with them it was again raw footage only. So this does not have anything to do with what I paid to [redacted] this is separate and if you would go back and look at the video where you video taped me stating I would like you to stay later than what the contract read with [redacted] and that I would like an edited and extra copy which again was paid separately to you that evening. I ask the Revdex.com to ask Mr. [redacted] to show you this video as this is completely and separate from my contract with [redacted] Your original services was paid to [redacted] and again this is not part of what I am disputing. The edited version was paid directly to [redacted] outside of the contract with [redacted] My situation with [redacted] has noting to do with the edited version and the additional payment to [redacted] for staying later and for his additional services outside of what the contract read with [redacted] Mr. [redacted] you know you are wrong in keeping the edited version as you stated to me in one of our multiple phone conversations, that it would have you lose your contract with [redacted] if you will release the edited version to me. You stated to me you had to take the intro down as [redacted] was upset with you that you put it up for me to see that is why it was taken down within hours of you advising me where to go look at it. Per a email and phone call you needed music for the edited version and this was given to you. At no time did you ever state you would not be releasing the edited or raw footage video to me until you received a phone call fomr [redacted] At that time you sent me an email wanting me to send back to [redacted] and I stated to you than, I will get with [redacted] aside from this and even sent you a cc of a letter. This is when you than advised me you will not be releasing the video to me gave me a name you stated was the owner of [redacted] and that you had given him the video. See an attached email from this gentleman who states he is not the owner and you did not give him the video of my daughters but for another wedding. Again this is between you and I and not [redacted] for the edited version only. Please see the attachments prevously given of a copy of the contract where it reads "Raw Footage" Also please be advised I am not trying to go around [redacted] to get to you, I am keeping this a comletely separate. I paid you for your services outside of [redacted] in which you have not given me the merchandise in which I paid for. Mr. [redacted] I also would not be fighting so hard to ge the edited version only from you as that is what I paid for. As I stated to you before you were drug into the middle of something that you had no reason to be and it was not by me. Im only asking is for you to give me what I paid you separately for,an edited version of my daughters wedding nothing more. You readily asked for and accepted the additional monies I paid to you for the extra time you stayed at the wedding and $110 for an edited version and extra copy yet you are still disputing you owe this to me. Im not understanding how you feel justified in doing this. Again just please release the edited version and copy in which I paid YOU for (not [redacted] and this can be settled.
