I am rejecting this response because: This is the first ti.email I've seen a dill like that from them and I would like to see it itemized to see what is being charged for whatAnd also I can not afford to go any longer without my truck months was more than enoughThey took short cuts to get the job done and are trying to charge me like they fixed it properlyAnd I had tried getting ahold of them and the responses I got on facebook after hearing that I turned in a complaint is unprofessional Regards, [redacted] ***

June 16, To whom it may concern: I would like to thank you for giving Hollywoods Rods & Customs the opportunity to respond to this complaint Since this issue has been brought to our attention we have made several unsuccessful attempts to resolve this issueThe vehicle was in our shop for four months to allow the complainant to make payments Another delay was for the complainant added additional work to be done to the vehicle, while it was in the shop that was not on the original estimateThe complaint did visit the shop on several occasions On 5/9/the complaint contacted Hollywoods Rods & Customs to pick up his vehicle he was notified that the paint on the vehicle was not completely dry and some final touch were not completeThe complainant stated that he just wanted it for mother’s day weekendHollywoods Rods & Customs agreed to release the vehicle with the promise that he would return the following Monday 5/11/morning to complete the vehicle and pay the unpaid balance of $The complaint never returned, has not contacted our office, or owners to rectify the issue Hollywoods Rods & Customs takes concerns of our customers very seriously If the complainant would contact our office we will try our best to clarify this issueAttached you will find a copy of the invoice Hollywoods Rods & Customs

First of all Hollywoods Rods & Customs has been closed since October And this work was done as a side job and everything that was told to the customer that was done was doneThe customer is not complaining about the work that was done she is complaining about work that was not yet done and was told that it could be doneThe customer was very rude and use very rude language toward us because they were upset with their spouseThey were told that the repair could be done but did not call back with a time to get this work doneThe undercoating was done for free to help prevent rustAnd the parts were used as core charges on the new parts replacedAll repair that was told to the customer was repairedAnd the drivetain was completely servicedThe customer was told that the work could be done and would take less then a day to doThe first repair did take a bit longer than planed because of parts being orderedThe customer also called on a Sunday and wanted the work done thenMost if not all mechanics are close on the weekend.We did the work that was asked for by the spouse and return the vehicle to the customer

I am rejecting this response because:I have a statement from the dealership that I had to take my jeep into that none of the parts were replaced that he stated were replacedAlso, he is operating under that businessAll of the charges on my card were charged to that businessI have statements showing this, as well as a statement from the dealership as wellThis man has scammed people in atleast other states and has moved shops and changed his business name many times

and was told that it could be done. The customer was very rude and use very rude language toward us because they were upset with their spouse. And the parts were used as core charges on the new parts replaced. All repair that was told to the customer was repaired. And the drivetain was completely serviced. The customer was told that the work could be done and would take less then a day to do. The first repair did take a bit longer than planed because of parts being ordered. The customer also called on a Sunday and wanted the work done then. Most if not all mechanics are close on the weekend.We did the work that was asked for by the spouse and return the vehicle to the customer.
