Had to move all our belongings out into a backyard POD for over a month. Called ABLE and a team of three awesome guys came out early and worked fast, carefully, and efficiently to empty the place - they even left us a few blankets to protect our wood furniture. When the renovations were done, we had just two guys bring it all back in and guess what? It only took an extra 2 minutes despite missing the extra guy ( [redacted] and ***, you rock!). ABLE MOVERS are affordable, professional, courteous, prompt, friendly, and respectful of your belongings. These people are [redacted] and I will recommend them to everyone. Thanks for a great experience. ASK FOR ***'S TEAM :)

***Charging 90$ to shave a dogJust the groomer *** charging way more then what was acceptableAlso only accepts cash***Will never return

These guys were awesomeI would use them again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to anyone! They brought me boxes and picked them up from my home when I was done with themThey were all extremely friendly and very efficient!

Hello [redacted],
I am sorry about the situations you are currently in. The day of your move the guys were running a little behind so I sent a third man free of charge to make up for lost time. You had insisted that your chairs come apart after...

the guys told you they didn't need to. Four bolts were taken out of each chair and put back in once delivered to your new place. You had claimed that your chairs were not working as well as before the move. At that time we took your chairs to a furniture repair place. Once the repairs were done we delivered them back to you. The cost to repair the chairs was $[redacted] plus gas and labor for my men. Still you insisted the chair were not working properly. At this time I was informed that the bottoms of both chairs (Swiveling brackets attached) were transported in your vehicle by you and your mother. I then told you that had we have taken the bottoms of the chairs, I would gladly send them back for further repairs or have them replaced. Since all we did was unscrew 4 bolts from each chair, then tighten them back in once delivered, there could be no explanation as to how the chairs would have been damaged from our guys. The part of the chair that is making noise or not turning as well as before your move was transported by yourself. Again I am sorry about your chairs, but as far as liability goes we are not responsible.

Dear Mr. [redacted]:
Complaint ID#:[redacted]
I have received your reply through the Revdex.com on May 24/2017. This move has truly been an inconvenient and unpleasant experience for me. During our first telephone conversation, I explained to you the situation with my chairs: when I originally purchased them from the Vendor, they arrived with the wooden bases dissembled and were re-assembled by the Vendor using a Ratchet. I also explained that I was concerned that two of my chairs (including the bases) would not fit through the narrow hallway of the place I was moving to. I asked if your company employees would be able to dissemble and re-assemble the chair bases using a Ratchet tool; you agreed and I booked an appointment for your company employees to transport my belongings using a Cube Van on February 25.017 at 12:00 h.
During the morning prior to the move on February 25/2017, I spoke with you via telephone to confirm that your employees that would be performing the move would have a Ratchet for the chairs as planned. You explained that the move would be delayed and offer. me a large moving truck to come later that afternoon. You a. informed me that the moving truck that would be coming would not have a Ratchet tool but that they would have wrenches that should work fine. I declined the larger moving truck, as I had a small amount of furniture that I was concerned about being damaged from possible shifting in a larger truck. I had pre-booked for your Cube Van to transport my belongings.
I had reserved the elevator in my apartment building for February 25/2017 at 12:00 h as scheduled. My building property managers were disappointed. to learn that the appointment would need to be rescheduled later that afternoon, as they had other moves / elevator reservations that day and had to do some re-arranging with the other tenants due to this. You offered me another time slot between 4:00-6:00 p.m. via your Cube Van and I was able to
reschedule the elevator reservation. Your movers arrived
t6.15 p.m. a. my property managers had to stay after their shift was over for this to occur. You provided a third employee to assist with the move in lieu of the delay.
When the movers began the process of the move, I explained to them that I thought the chair bases of two of my chairs would need to be dissembled and reassembled, as that is what was done by the Vendor when they delivered my chairs during my initial purchase. I also explained that the chairs would be going through a very narrow hallway in the place that I would be moving to and I was concerned that they would not fit through. Your employees had not brought any tools, had not provided any professional opinion, and had not questioned my concerns. One employee returned to their truck to get a tool kit and upon his return, immediately began the process of removing bolts from the bases of the chairs, while the other two employees began moving items to the Cube Van. It was not until the first employee was struggling to remove the last two bolts from the second chair base that he asked your second employee to try to remove the last two bolts. At this time, the second employee offered his professional opinion: that he did not think they should have removed the bases of the chairs as they could damage the chairs. I immediately said, "okay maybe we should not remove the bases then?". He explained that they had already got that far and will continue but for future reference they should not be removed. I again explain. that the chairs arrived to me from the retailers with the bases dissembled and the Vendor reassembled them using a Ratchet tool.

This was one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. From my phone "apparently being shut off" to being offensive an ridiculous. I have never had such abrasive and inappropriate customer service. I encourage people to look elsewhere for moving assistance.
