I, [redacted] ***, responding to the complain reference to guest name, [redacted] , who checked in at the Hollywood Motel on Thursday 04/10/for a week stayWhen she checked in, I informed her that her check out is on next Thursday at 11:00a.m 4/17/and she signed on the registration card that states No Refund policy on weekly bases vsdailyAs per week finished, she has to check out on Thursday 04/17/However, she came on Wednesday 04/16/at pm to extend her stay one more night to stay in same room so she thought than she can check out on Sat 04/19/in the morningI refused her demand and explained that if she extends her stay for a night than she has to check out on Fri 04/18/at 11:00a.m so she got angry and used bad language and told me to complain to Better Business because, I told her that if she extends her stay then she can check out on Friday morningShe stayed in same room up to Thursday morning and she did not check out one day earlyI have proof of the no refund registration card which I will be sendingIf you have any questions then please feel free to call me at [redacted]

Review: In room 107 there is no phone or fire detector. They have bed bugs and fleas. There is a lot mold in the room as well. I paid for a week and had to get out a day early. I complained about all of this and they didn't really do anything about it. They said they had good wifi. I was barely able to use it. I only getting about one to two bars.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for my one night that I missed out on.
