I bought a car from them recently for $and I paid $as the down payment and the rest was to be financed through a bankThey set up the finance amount for $so they ripped me off COMPLETELYThey never provided me with a bill of sale the day I purchased the car and when I asked for it later after finding out they financed the car for more than the price, I see they are charging me $instead of the original price of $and I still have copies of their add with the original priceThe dealer signature on the bill of sale is from *** who wasn't even present at the dealership during the sale of the car so they must have altered the paperwork or forged my signature afterwardsAnd I know it's his signature because I have it on a receipt he provided me from the payment I made for the mechanic work I had done from their mechanic because they never filed the warranty so instead, they offered to pay half the price of the mechanic work but it had to be from their mechanicWhen the work was done, they took it upon themselves to take my car from the mechanic so I had to go to the dealership to get my car and they wouldn't give it to me until I finished my "interview for the financing", which after I did, they never even verifiedThey were just playing around and being jerks about it*** is a liar, *** thinks he can "put people in their place" and must have gotten his education from High School of Scamming and *** likes play the let's-get-personal card to warm up to you, then later acts just like everyone else "Oh I'm in Alcoholics Anonymous so I understand when people are going through tough times...etc" It's all ***They didn't get my tags on time and I had to wait days after the temp tag expired until the new tag was finally receivedThey are completely rude and get off on the fact that they knowingly lie to people because apparently that's the only way they can feel like big boysThey are ALL COMPLETE scammers, untrustworthy, have no integrity what-so-ever, and will tell you one thing and later on tell you something completely differentI am looking into what I can do about this legallyDO NOT BUY FROM THEMIf you are there, I would not walk, but RUN AWAY before they suck you in***
I recently purchased a car here which come to find out its s nightmare from transmission to shocks to bad control arms tail light driver mirror and the computer needing to be replaced I have been in contact with the to which I get the run around I even asked to swap out the car for another on there lot nothing they don't care about there customers there prices are low for a reason if u go to Hollywood auto have a mechanic with u because to them you are just another dollar
