company is absolutely unethicali ordered a free trial and the next month a charge was on my credit cardi returned the remainder of the product and asked the credit card company to remove the charge from my billthe woman on the phone when I called the company started screaming at me for involving the credit card company and now denies she ever received the returned producti would never recommend that anyone order from this company

The 30-Day Free Trial is very convenient because they send out a full size tube which gives you an entire month to see if the product truly works before purchasing it. This is super convenient since the product is fairly expensive, but for this product, it is definitely worth the cost. It has high quality ingredients that give you the results you are looking for. Not only is the product great, but the customer service team is a true delight. They are very helpful and work thoroughly with the customers to attend to their needs. I had a one hour phone conversation with one of the reps about the cream and its ingredients, and the rep was able to answer all of my questions with knowledge and cheerfulness. I really liked the trial because I did not feel obligated to purchase the product after the 30 days, but after using it for that period, I wanted to buy it and purchase more tubes!

I have only been using this product for 2 weeks but I have to say that I really love DermaSet lotion. First of all I appreciate the fact that it is an all in one lotion and that I have already noticied the difference in my skin and the small lines and wrinkles are diminishing and my face feels so soft and smooth. They take your credit card information, put you on an automatic renew and start charging you anywhere from $143 to $179 a shipment. I returned the shipment, and one unopened, but their claim to the credit card company was that it was past the time they allowed returns. However they "accepted" the returns, so they can restock and ship to the next unsuspecting person. The product is nothing better than products you buy at a local pharmacy. Don't be fooled by the 30-day risk free, or Try it for 30 days NO MONEY DOWN just pay S/H... that is not all you will pay and the time and aggravation trying to get the shipping stopped is unbelievable!!!
