Review: Purchased a membership with Hollywood Tans of Milford in May 2013. Signed a contracted stating monthly membership fee could be deducted from my checking account. On November 1st fee was withdrawn in the amount of $25.29 and on November 15th doors were locked and business was closed. No notice was given to customers or employees. How is it fair that I pay for services that I can't even use? How can any business just pack up and close their doors without notifying their customers? How is this not considered stealing? Desired Settlement: I want my monthly fee back and I want a refund for all the upgrades that were on my account that I earned thru monthly specials that I purchased.
