Dear [redacted],
I have two messages for you regarding this complaint. One a week ago and one about 5 minutes ago. As I said on my message, I e-mailed this client and explained our policy as refunds for services. We do not refund money. She bought a 5 pack in the entry level unit. There are 7 levels above this entry level. I spoke with the employees that waited on her. They remember her. They deny having not gone over the different packages. They also admitted to having explained that the entry level package would require 5 consecutive or near consecutive days of tanning to begin to see a base tan. This client would leave several days between sessions.
Also in my e-mail to her I informed her that I put three complimentary tans in her account two levels up. I did not have to do this. But I would have a satisfied customer than a dissatisfied customer. Also regarding the disposable eyewear in which she claims she did not pay for the first visit; I checked the account and she did in fact pay 50 cents for a pair of winkies. However, they are only 50 cents. Maybe she just didn’t that small of an additional charge to her total bill. Again, I also added $1.50 in bonus bucks to her account so that the three complimentary tans that she might use would allow her three free pairs of eyewear.
I did not receive a response to the e-mail that I sent to her. I really don’t know what else to do. But I did go above and beyond what my normal policy is pertaining to refunds for tanning services.If you have any additional questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me
