Here is our response to complaint number *** *** *** has been to our dealership times in the past two years for service on her Ford ExpeditionDuring those ten visits various repairs were performed on her vehicle for multiple concernsOut of the service visits
made the deductible was charged four timesUpon reviewing the repair orders for those four concerns, the repairs were not for the same failed componentPer the terms of the extended service plan those four deductible charges were applied as the deductible is only waived for the same primary failed partAdditionally, on four other service visits the dealer has waived the deductibleWe’d be more than happy to service *** ***’s vehicle per the terms of her extended service plan as she requested in her desired settlement. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Although I disagree with the statements, we are willing to accept this response. Well it's true many different actual components were replaced, they were all for the same couple of problems. So had it been correctly diagnosed and repaired the first time in, it would not have had so many components replaced. We also verified with Ford Corporate that multiple co-pays should not be charged when it's back for the same issue over and over.

Response:The issue has been resolved. Customer was provided a rental vehicle as no charge and a discount for the repairs. Customer picked up their vehicle on 5/26/16.
