on our web site: 1. Securitization Verification
and Professional Opinion of Likelihood of Fraud – We will perform the
preliminary research to determine if your loan has an indication of
fraudulent acts and has been securitized We check 24+ data bases to
determine the likelihood of mortgage fraud If it is securitized
then the allegation of fraud by the lender is significant. The fee
for this report is $295.00. Your preliminary report will be provided
to you in 2-business days from when we receive the needed documentation
to perform this service. This information can be critical when
determining the best approach for your case. Here is the Link which is on our web site
that shows an example of what a preliminary audit looks like: [redacted] Helen did not say: No doubts "
We can help" Ms[redacted] ordered months ago. She is obviously not remembering what she was
toldShe does not even remember what she paid since $was not what she paid
for this preliminary report. 2. We can help clients if we find mortgage fraud.
We find mortgage fraud in 82% of the mortgages we review. 3. Ms[redacted] was told up front there are certain documents
that she must send us to run her preliminary audit report. 4. Ms[redacted] ordered a preliminary audit. We sent her exactly what she ordered. Ms[redacted] received her preliminary audit via
email on Friday afternoonHelen attempted to reach her by phone on Tuesday
afternoon September 1, Ms[redacted]
did not answer and Helen left her a voice mail to call Helen back to go over
the report. Ms[redacted] never returned the call.
Helen again attempted to reach her again by phone on Thursday afternoon,
September 11, and again left her a message on her voice mail with no
return call. 6. We have to access many expensive data bases
when we look for mortgage fraud. Some of
the data bases we have to access cost thousands of dollars per month to
access. This access plus the knowledge
to look for mortgage fraud is what Ms[redacted] paid for. 7. Ms[redacted] received exactly what she ordered and paid
for. She is due no refund. 8. Please go to our [redacted] page to hear what home
owners say about Holmes and Galt LLC
[redacted]

When Ms. [redacted] called she told us she was 7 days away
from a foreclosure auction proceeding.
She was informed there was not enough time to complete an audit prior to
this...

proceeding to see if any Bank Fraud was committed.  She was informed if we found fraud she could
talk to a legal team that could prepare a lawsuit against the bank based on the
fraud found in the audit.
It was suggested to her to file Bankruptcy to halt the
foreclosure to allow us enough time to audit her mortgage.   Since
83% of all mortgages have bank fraud in them it was likely we would find it.
She was informed where to go to file the Bankruptcy and she
was given the links to the Federal Government web site to download the few
forms that are required.  She faxed us a
number of her mortgage documents and we started her audit.  Like we expected we did find fraud in her
mortgage.
She was supposed to file bankruptcy on Monday October 5th.   Her
cost would have been $75 (or no cost) if she filed it herself.  Filing a preliminary bankruptcy is not difficult
to do.
On Monday October 5th she called and said she
had found an attorney to file her bankruptcy for $750 and that he was filing
her bankruptcy that day.  She requested
her money back for the audit.
Even though we had completed 75% of her audit and found
fraud, which could have been used to save her home, we still gave her a full
refund.
Originally, we sent her a refund via [redacted] Quickpay the
same day she requested, but as of 11:43PM (17 minutes before the day of the
auction) she had still not accepted the refund.
It is not unusual for people to have a problem setting up and accepting
Quickpay.  Trying to accept payments by
Quickpay can become very frustrating the 1st time.  When she had not accepted the payment we
cancelled the payment.  We asked her, via
email, where we should mail her refund to.
She responded with her PO Box address.
Her attorney (Mr. P[redacted] SP?)  called us on 10-8-15 and asked if we were refunding Ms. [redacted].  And we told him yes.
Even though we had done most of the work we still sent her
a full refund.  We can see she has
deposited our refund check in her bank account.
Holmes and Galt LLC has saved more homes from Foreclosure
than any other firm we are aware of in the USA.
We talked with Ms. [redacted] on the phone many times, responded to many emails
and a huge number of text messages.  She
was sending her loan documents to us and she was preparing to file her
bankruptcy.  At the last minute she
changed course and hired an attorney to file her bankruptcy.
Filing Bankruptcy only halts foreclosure for a short amount
of time.  And working with the banks on a
loan modification in most cases ends up costing a lot of money and ultimately
the home goes to foreclosure.  From our
years of experience at saving homes the only thing that works today is a Court
ready in-depth Securitization audit with a notarized affidavit and expert
witness testimony followed by a law suit filed against the bank based on the
fraud found in the audit report.
Ms. [redacted] is a nice lady.
We feel terrible about her situation.
We told her step by step exactly what had to happen to save her home in
the long term.  She said her attorney
filed bankruptcy for her so she should still be in her home for now.
