He asked for me to put a new ceiling over the old, I quoted him .62 per square foot for the work he requested. after starting the project , I found there are steel beams and limitations to putting a outdoor ceiling over the existing . I told him the only way to fix the ceiling is to remove the old...

first. I repaired what I could for the money he spent, however he does not want to pay for the additional area of ceiling that needs to be removed.

I was paid for work and it stormed the next day. The ground is wet and I could not do any welding but I finished that Monday.  The customer contacted me again for more work.

I am rejecting this response because: He came to my home everyday to collect the first $600 and was very nice, but when he received the money he changed and was cursing at me most of the time.  He put in sticks not boards.  He came to my home 3 days in a row, but only worked maybe 2 hours a day.  The contract does not have any contingencies and states a 1 yr guarantee.   He refused to refund me my money.  I will be sending a copy of the contract and invoice.
