I negotiated a deal for a new vehicle lease, in which BMW of Bridgewater would pay off my over milage, remaining lease payments, and damages to vehicle We met with several representatives at the dealership and everyone agreed to the terms After signing the paper work, my wife and I realized that they put a cap on the milage they paid and we received a bill from BMW for $for over milage When we called them, they refused to acknowledge all of our conversations with the salesman, manger, finance manager, and the fact that we expressed the bait and switch experienced we had in the past The response from the manager when we called, was to bad you are out of luck The email response that I received from the salesman stated that I gave them the incorrect milage on the phone when we cut the deal and I was over by much more If that were the case, why did no-one state to us that this was the case when they examined the car and during the two hours we spent sitting at the deale
I purchased a new BMW X535dThs is a special order car that I customized on line and have it delivered to Open Road BMW of EdiconAt this time the car has 47,milesThe warranty for the car has expired
The car has an engine/emission light problem and as a result, cannot pass the inspectionI took it to Bridgewater and they charged me $to fix, saying the part to replace, an SCR Metering valve was NOT covered by the extended warranty
However in the manual 2012_x3x5x6_Service-Warranty that they provided me, at page 33, the following parts are covered: SCR Reagent Reservoir, SCR Pump Unit, SCR Catalyst, and SCR Filler Tube are covered for yrs/70,milesIn all my research online and all the BMW sites, SCR Metering valve returns these above components and there is NO mention within the entire manual of such thing as SCR Metering valveI emailed the document to Lori Trimarco Customer Relations Manager *** on September 2016, after speaking to her to te
