I'm just going to post my review, it covers everything since the beginning months later, guess whatstarting problemsOnce again, let me reinstate, DO NOT BUY FROM EPIC AUTO [redacted] keeps getting complaints, and now they are escalating itThank godI have never review a business this many times#nothappy So, issues still not fixed from the beginning Windshield washer Door handle latch broke again (after they fixed it) Soft top too, just installed poorly New issue Starter (however, some of it is covered in the warranty) Their warranty program is god awful(just a heads up) The overlap from the soft top by the frameless window means the top was installed incorrectlyGuess who installed it (epic)I do not recommend auto service from themThank you [redacted] for pointing that out slightly fixed issued I bought a wheel lock key, because the car was sold without one Henry (owner of Epic) stated it was in the glove box from the beginning, which i

Ripped us off and took advantage of us so bad even with excellent creditSold us an $11,truck (KBB value) for $29,Then they put cheap oil in the vehicle and blew the turbo causing it to dump oil and coolant then refused to fix itSaid they replaced the brakes when I went to pick it up I drove it and the brakes didn't work causing me to almost crashI guess they didn't realize we would take it to our personal mechanicThen they said they fixed multiple things on the vehicle when honestly they never fixed nor replaced anything, put dirt cheap Chinese tires that couldn't be balanced after they said they did balance and rotated them and kept it on and off for longer then we ever drove itThey offered to get me into another vehicle but told me there was no way I could get a truck and they were only going to buy the current vehicle back at KBB value causing me to have so much negative equity/($18,000)The kicker is I only owned the vehicle for 1/monthsSTAY AWAY!!!!!

I am an Austin buyer that was considering purchasing a car from this lotI put a deposit down and had an inspection done on this vehicle by a reputable company which drove out to the lot and performed a pre-sale inspectionThere were several problems with the car, and I requested that they be fixed and a timeline be offered for the repairs prior to taking delivery of the vehicleAfter requesting these items to be repaired I received no subsequent follow up and no one returned my emails or phone calls including the sales managerIt took numerous phone calls to get a refund for my deposit

I purchased a vehicle in which Epic Auto sales said passed inspection and they were suppose to file a warranty claim with their insurance company to have the headlights fixed and after we paid they did not follow through or take our calls or call us backthey will not give us the initial inspection certificate or paper work of inspectionThey will not do anything to resolve this issueI do have text messages saying they filed a claim with the warranty company but that has not happenedIn a recent conversation with them they said we had to file the claim but at the time they said they filed itWe never received any paperwork to file a claim, we would not know where we should have filed a claim..we have been calling continuesly and they will not call us backin the process we have taken the vehicle to be repaired and they discovered a preexisting Condition that needs to be fixed on the rear main differential and they said it is not preexistingI have a car that was sold to me

Bought a vehicle that was a lemon, transmission, electrical and engine problemsBeen in an accident and improperly repairedPossibly a flood damaged car, extensive rust and corrosion at 35k and less than years oldTried to sell it with no warranty because they knew about all the problemsGave me months and miles, then refused to repair any of the defectsRepeated calls and emails to management with no responseNow I am stuck with a vehicle with a possible major engine issue and thousands of dollars in repairs
