It was a complete tear off and replace and they were thorough, professional and hardworkingThe clean up was fantastic, I walked around the whole house and did not find one nail or piece of trash in my yard They gave me a quote and that was the price I paid! I hired them to put on new roof and also flashing around chimney they did not put any flashing around my chimney and my roof has leaked every hard rain we get always around the chimneythey have been back different times and just puts caulking around chimney, this has not taken care of problem, I had another roofer to check the job and was told there is no flashing around the chimneyI have a contract that's says they would put it around my chimneyWe are both seniors and my husband is this is a real problem and very upsetting to uswe have fulfilled our part by paying him in full
