The original receipt was set at $and I have been receiving finance charges during the past months due to the companies lack of follow up, making the total $I will remain firm on my side of the story and testify that the mower was picked up very early in the morning before I had a chance to finish my acre propertyThere is no way I would have rented a mower for those limited hours and be charged a delivery fee of what appears to be the difference of almost $if I knew the mower would be picked up well before my allowed rental timeFurthermore, the mower was picked up and it was disclosed to me that it was being taken directly to someone elses property so I question the accuracy of their time logs. All finance charges will be removed and delivery fee will be removed or significantly reducedThen I will accept the conflict as resolved
On april 4 2014 [redacted] sent his father out to pickup his mower which we
repaired for him . we had quoted a price of approx. $ 300.00 but then we found
out he had a bad battery as well which was 36.83 more.he wanted us to fix the
rear wheels as they leaned and had bad bearings...
but the rear rims are rusted on
the hub of the tractor so we did not fix that and we verbally told him the
transmission should be rplaced which he did not want to spend the money .When it
got picked up we told him the transmission could give out anytime or it might
run for another year. Now his transmission did give out and he called me and
said he did a stop payment on the 342.33 check he had given to us. If he brings
his tractor back to us we will put a new transmission in for him but he needs to
pay all parts before we order any in for him. we would not charge labor to do
the job. In the mean time now we have a new battery,new bulbs,new spark
plugs,new ignition switch and five hours of labor and were not paid for anything
we did. If he does not want a new transmission but in its ok with us and if he
does its ok.We will not pursue him for any money he owes us.

According to the hour meter, Mr. [redacted] put 5 hours on this mower when he had it. I know he says he put on only 1 hour. Mr. [redacted] can take off $50.00 on the mower rental which would make the rental only $40.00 which is our minimum fee charged.
