I am in receipt of your complaint filed with the Revdex.com. I have reviewed it and your Aspen Dental account. Our records show that on March 05, 2012, you paid [redacted] using Genesis Finance. The exam and x-ray services done on that date were covered [redacted] by your dental insurance; however on March 27, 2012, you had tooth # 30 extracted. I am sorry for this misunderstanding about how the promotion worked.
