Product was sold as clearanced floor model but was actually defective and company will not correct the problem
We found a table in the store on March 4, that was marked down $and sold as a floor model for $We were told upon checkout that the sale was finalWe purchased another product and was not able to take it that day so we picked up the table the following dayUpon pickup, someone in the shipping dept noticed that it was missing a footThey searched for it but was unable to find itThey contacted someone in sales who said that they would order the foot and we could pick it up laterThe next day (Mon.), someone called and said that they would indeed order the foot for usOn Tuesday, someone else called and told us that they would NOT be ordering a foot because it was marked down due to the missing foot, as per the managerAt no time during this transaction were we ever told that it was defective/missing the footWe were under the assumption that the table was

Purchased custom chairs years ago,can not get someone to come fix them.They were put together at our house when we purchased them
We purchased a dining set with chairs that we had custom made and paid a lot of money forThe furniture was assembled at our houseThe chairs do not fit under the table when diningBig problem I called about is the chairs are now rattling like the legs are looseManager I spoke with, I think was rude and did not help me at all.They tell me that the chairs are out of warrantyThey are unwilling to come and fix the legs and make sure that they fit and are no longer looseThey were very pricey and they should stand behind their work and come fix them
Manager said that was not going to happenThey could not look up the order as they have a new computer system and did not retain the information
