I have called the customer and asked her to call me ASAP so I can expedite her refundShe did not answer and I left a VM asking her to call meI looked at the appointment notes and it appears that on 5/9/one of the technicians did go out and remove rodent bait stations and promise her a refund It appears that the technician failed to communicate that to the bookkeeper, so nobody else in the office was aware that the customer was expecting a refundHowever, she claims to have called our office many timesOur system shows when customers call, and there has been no contact at all from this customerNone Had she called us even once we would have been made aware of the situation and rectified it immediately Our good reputation is of paramount importance to us, and we would never knowingly withhold a refund

It appears that the technician failed to communicate that to the bookkeeper, so nobody else in the office was aware that the customer was expecting a refund. However, she claims to have called our office many times. Our system shows when customers call, and there has been no contact at all from this customer. None. Had she called us even once we would have been made aware of the situation and rectified it immediately. Our good reputation is of paramount importance to us, and we would never knowingly withhold a refund.

Mr. [redacted] spoke with Mr. [redacted] this morning, August 4th. Mr. [redacted] offered to have our Wildlife Manager trap moles AT NO COST to Mr. [redacted] for the next month. Mr. [redacted] agreed to this and remains our customer. Per Mr. [redacted], Mr. [redacted] drops his demand of a refund for services we have...
