The company received two(2)phone calls from the consumer on June 24, The first call was at 1:PM with no message leftThe second call was at 2:PM with the following message: "Jeremy, [redacted] give me a holler at [redacted] Thank you." There was no message that there was a roof leak involvedAlso, Mr [redacted] is a former advertising vendor of Shepard Construction and the thought was that he wanted to discuss future advertising and he would call back In regards to the leak, a plumbing company is hardly an expert on the cause of loose shingles or their installationHowever if Mr [redacted] will call Jeremy [redacted] on his cell phone, they can discuss the issue
