Review: I purchased a $600 sofa, which was never delivered. When we had to leave the house we were renting due to heating issues, and I had a new born. Payless gave me a store credit. I then selected another sofa which was never delivered, as we were looking into getting an apartment. We never got the apartment and are now living with my mom and dad. I have repeatedly asked for a refund and they have refused stating that we could only have a store credit. Today, 8/5/2013, they stated that I had to use the store credit or lose the $600 credit altogether. I respectively ask to see what you can do to get the $600 returned to me, since I have never received any furniture from them.Thank you for your help in this matter.Desired Settlement: Return of entire $600 owed.
