Dec 3, 2016: I was given the incorrect vehicle (no lumbar support in seat as overtly promised) Now I see *** ***’s scam She just wanted the deal in Nov and now I’m stuck with the incorrect car
*** *** lied saying “all Jaguars come with lumbar support.” (I have all documentation) She quickly retracted this lie after I proved her wrong referencing Jaguar’s *** *** scammed me Initially very polite and cordial, we agreed upon a very specific vehicle located at another dealership It was end of Nov 2016, and she insisted I sign the lease in November to capitalize on a low down payment But, the car would not arrive until Dec 3, I g

Well the end of February or the beginning of March I purchased a mini cooper...after purchasing the car I started to have issues and this is to days later so I called the dealer told them about the issue and had me take it to service...the issue with the car is that first the engine light is on and when I test drove it back to the dealer it came on to..but the light is on and every time I start the car it shakes it back fires like crazy and then shuts off..this happens to times before it actually starts every single day...I called them after I purchased the car, told them about the issue then took it to service to get it looked at and possibly fixed..same day I went to pick the car up they gave me a receipt for the spark plugs they replaced then told me it should be good now and that maybe the problem could be that I'm putting regular gas instead of premium...but notice the car was having issues way before I even put gas into it...well next day light turned back on and the

I have repeatedly been in contact with the staff at Montrose Mazda at Brookpark Road in Cleveland, OHOn Oct18, I went in for an appointment with Gus after scheduling an appointment with him thru Brant at their corporate phone lineBrant repeatedly informed me that I qualified for the program for their bankruptcy loan program based on my income, credit situation and price range specificationsAlthough I was nervous about applying to finance there I applied since it seemed like a reputable and respectful businessWhen I arrived early I was rudely ignored repeatedly when I asked to speak with GusI am and appear young, but I never felt so disrespected given there were staff or more that were available and none of them seemed to take me seriouslyUpon being spoken to by Gus C*** he rudely told me to go talk to an AMartinez who was relatively not attentive to my questions about the financing processI was accompanied by my friend and roommate who kept telling me
