There was no phone calls to me that's a lie full out the home owner only wanted the ft area cleaned and dug to inches for preparation of process stone that he was delivering and he started being a cheap scate on how he was to supply the stone regarding tonage I also told him tri axle
truck couldn't get back of drivway or past house he wouldn't listen I have pictures of hrs of work I also put twenty piles of soil for free were he wanted but at this point he was unapproachable or talk or reason with stone delivery and I worked hrs that giving back a lousy dallors that I earned up to that point to give back to a little *** like him that called and yelled and spoke *** things it was real sickening and uncalled for I'm ** years old I never had a homeowner speak this way to me in all the years in business it's like stepping on a dog pile and you can't get it off your shoes it figures he made a complaint

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:On 05/07/2015 I met  Mr. H[redacted] at [redacted] in [redacted]  for a work proposal to excavate an area of 32'x16'  4" deep ( the minimum depth for parking lot).Mr. H[redacted] checked the work area to be excavated and told me that for this small area he will not bring any of his equipment. Since he can dig it by hand spread the soil and spread the crushed stone. We agreed on the price for the work for $ 500.00  of which $ 300.00 will be paid up front   and $ 200.00 at the end of the job.( see the attached contract).Mr  H[redacted]  called me on 05/08/2015 to inform me that the digging is done and to go over ordering the crushed stone. I had a proposal from [redacted] for a delivered price per ton and when Mr H[redacted] said that he is not sure that they can delivered with a tri-axle truck, and more so they will not be able to dump the material but in one place; which will make his work to spread the stone harder. I agreed that he can use his brother's smaller truck to deliver the stone as long as it is the same price as I would be charged by [redacted].  When I came to check his work I found that he did not dig the 4"  stipulated in the contract. ( see attached photos). I called Mr. H[redacted] from my cell and when I started questioning him about his work he hung the call. I tried to call him several times the same day  with no response. The same night I sent him an email with no response. On 05/18/2015 I sent him a certified letter requesting my money to be refunded and he did not pick it up nor signed to show he received the  letter ( see the attached document).I had to rent my own equipment to excavate the area. I did order the crushed stone form [redacted], and they did not have any problems delivering the stone to the back of my property with a tri-axle truck. Mr H[redacted] signed a contract to excavate 32'x16'x4" and did not deliver! for this reason I want Mr. H[redacted] to refund the $300.00.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
