Review: They were extremely unprofessional. They called me one day before my wedding to tell me they may not be able to make it, even though I had a contract and everything paid ahead of time. He said an emergency had come up and someone had broken their leg! I had paid extra for double copies of the print outs and for them to make a book that everyone was supposed to sign at the wedding and have copies of the photos placed in as a keep sake. After going through all the stuff the day after the wedding I realized I never received this copy the day of the wedding. So I called the owner. He told me the items that I ordered that were clearly stated in my contract were in fact not in my contract. I had to E0mail him MY copy so he can see it. Then after several days of leaving him e mails and messages he finally got back to me and said, OH IT WAS IN YOUR CONTRACT I WILL MAIL IT RIGHT OUT TO YOU. After 1 month I never received it!!! I called him and e mailed him many times before I got a response from him. He said that it was lost in the mail and he would send me out another one. I made him give me the tracking number for the new shipment and checked it every day. He lied to me and told me it was already picked up and should be arriving to me shortly. However when I checked the tracking number they said it was never picked up! The only way I could reach him was by calling the number with a blocked number because he never picked up the phone when I called from my personal number. When he finally did answer and I called him out on it and said they told me it was never picked up he blamed it on his assistant and that they would be reprimanded for it. This took another month to finally get. Once I did receive it months after the wedding, it was put together very poorly. The pictures were just glued all over the pages random side ways and ugly. A 5 year old could have done a better job. The same pictures were put side by side to each other. A very poor job from start to finish.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for the stress and aggravation of dealing with this company.
