Review: I summited my community care program all paper that were asked and it tooks four months of me calling to find out a responce and when I finally did the person [redacted] who tends to the apps was very rude and disrespectful each time I had to speak with her. Was also told to call another number in regards to my accounts so that she wouldnt have to deal with handling my case, and then when I would ask for phone number to be able to cotact who I needed too I got told I will just transfer you.Then she prodeeds to conplain about her health and how her health has to come first before she will bother with helping the custumer who her employer has hired her to take care off.Desired Settlement: I feel if her health is in her way of her being able to do her job to te fullest and represent Holy Family then they should find someone else who is capeable of doing her job in a profesail matter and not be rude to the custumers asking for help to pay there bills.
