The owner is a t[redacted]. After paying him what he asked for to fix my AC unit. He was later unhappy with what the warranty company has paid him. He threatened me that he would come to my house and steal the part ($10 part). I asked him to work it out with the warranty company that hired him and that I paid him what he asked to fix the issue. Several weeks later, I find out that my AC unit is not working and noticed that he trespassed on my property and S[redacted] the part that I paid for and left my AC unit in shamble (making very loud buzzing sounds).

Review: This company was assigned to me by [redacted] Buyer Protection on July 8,2013. They called on the 9th to set up appointment, I missed the call and called right back but, no answer. I continued calling that day, the next day Wednesday, and the following day thursday however no answer. On Thursday the 11th I called [redacted] back to request a new service provided but they needed to call first as proper procedure. So Holy Spirit called Thursday around noon and schedule a appointment for Friday the. 12th between 1 -4. My wife took off work and this company never showed nor called. We both called and left messages however, no response.Desired Settlement: Apology
