this case weobviously confused and frustrated our valued customer.As a result of our investigation, we identified the cause of Mr. [redacted]'s concern. Unfortunately, Holzerapplied the payment and promotional discount to the outstanding balance on one of Mr. [redacted]'sother accounts, leaving the account in question with an incorrect balance.We have since corrected this error and Mr. [redacted] will receive documentation of a zero balance onthat particular account for the date of service at issue.We appreciate the opportunity to address and resolve this complaint, As a result of this investigationHolzer was able to identify opportunities to further educate our staff, in our ongoing effort to ensure theprovision of excellent service to our customers.Sincerely,Cerilyn R.
